DIRECTIONS: 4 capsules (Take two capsules with 8oz water upon rising and nothing else for 30 minutes. Then 2 more in the same manner at 4 pm.)

I have ALS and must be careful with everything I eat and drink because regularity is very important. I don't have much muscle left to help move things along. Within 6 days of taking the probiotics everything was back to being regular. This is one of the few supplements I can say for sure worked really well.
